Small Group Personal Training Program
- 6 Weeks / 2x per Week
- Max 8ppl per group
- $450
The goal of this program is for each participant to build a stronger, more resilient body while improving quality of movement; range of motion, speed, agility, balance, and power.
The workouts follow the principles of progressive overload and participants will be keeping track of their sets, reps, resistance loads and intensities as they change over the 6 weeks weeks.
Each participant in the group will be following the same program and using the same exercise selections, with modifications as needed. This is suitable for beginners to those with lots of experience.

Private Classes
Build your own group! Train with a partner, or a group of 3, 4, 5, or 6+ people. Make the commitment with a friend, partner, or family member! This format is a fun and cost effective way to reap the benefits of personal training. In this case, it is best to make sure your small group has similar goals, abilities, schedules, and fitness levels. The scheduling of your training sessions will be arranged between your group members and trainer. All group members will need to commit to the agreed upon schedule.
