Partner / Small Group Training
Train with a prtner, or a group of 3, 4, or 5 people. Make the commitment with a friend, partner, or family member! This format is a fun and cost effective way to reap the benefits of personal training. In this case, it is best to make sure your small group has similar goals, abilities, schedules, and fitness levels.
