This is a 13 week program that aims to take you from “the couch” to 30 mins of running.
We focus on learning running techniques in a fun environment that will slowly progress you into running more comfortably and smoothly. This program is in it’s 11 year and has had great success! Our goal is have everyone complete the program injury free, and find joy in running.

Starts Sept 16 – Ends December 23 (no session on Oct 7 or Nov 11)
