What Silvy loves most about fitness is the way it can make you feel joyful and strong. Her style of teaching can be described most importantly as balanced, but also goofy and entertaining. I really enjoy Silvy’s classes as she always does something different and challenging! She gives everyone an option if required, showing us proper form ensuring everyone is safe while getting their butts kicked. Her energy and passion towards her classes motivates me to keep moving and grooving.
