Can I try a class to see if I like the studio?
Yes you can! Please use the promo code TryOne after registering for a class.
What kinds of classes do you have?
We have a wide variety of classes for you to choose from.

What time do you open?
The earliest appointments and classes are at 6am.
How late are you open?
The latest classes and personal training appointments finish up by 8pm.
How do I become a member of Eastside Fitness?
No membership required! Please just sign up for any of our services by first creating an account with us. We have Personal Training, and Group Fitness & Yoga Classes.
Is there parking?
There is street parking on Fraser Street. This is pay parking and the rate is $1/hr. There is free parking two blocks east of Fraser Street along Memorial Park. We have a bike rack right outside the studio. The nearest bike routes are Midtown Ridgeway (37th), 45th Ave, and Windsor.
Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
We have all the things you will need for your workout. We encourage you to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, and some people like to have a small towel with them.
Do I need to be in shape to participate in your services?
Our services are available to everyone no matter what your fitness level is. Our instructors and trainers can help to adapt all the exercises and meet you where you’re at.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All our payments are completed online. We can accept Visa, and Mastercard.
