The goal of this program is for each participant to build a stronger, more resilient body while improving quality of movement; range of motion, speed, agility, balance, and power.
The workouts follow the known strength training principles of consistency and progressive overload and participants will be keeping track of their progress over the course of the program.
Each participant in the group will be following the same program and using the same exercise selections, with modifications as needed. This is suitable for beginners to those with lots of experience.

Can’t make one of the scheduled workouts? No worries, make it up on Saturdays, 12pm. You are also welcome to attend if you would like to get in a third workout for the week!

Private Classes
Build your own group! Train with a partner, or a group of 3, 4, 5, or 6+ people. Make the commitment with a friend, partner, or family member! This format is a fun and cost effective way to reap the benefits of personal training. In this case, it is best to make sure your small group has similar goals, abilities, schedules, and fitness levels. The scheduling of your training sessions will be arranged between your group members and trainer. All group members will need to commit to the agreed upon schedule.
