This is a 12 week program that aims to take you from “the couch” to 30 mins of running.
We focus on learning running techniques in a fun environment that will slowly progress you into running more comfortably and smoothly. This program is in it’s 12th year and has had great success! Our goal is to have everyone complete the program injury free, and find joy in running.

This is a 12 week series of track workout sessions that includes skills and drills to help you improve your running form.
We are your fun and friendly accountability crew. Saturday mornings are something to look forward to with this group. If you can run comfortable for about 2kms then this group is for you.
