Wendy is both a serious advocate, and a friendly ambassador for fitness and active lifestyles. She is a retired police officer who knows how to train hard and knows what it takes to achieve fitness goals. She also harbours a love for canoeing, paddleboarding, cycling, hiking, and yoga. If you meet her around the neighbourhood she will likely convince you to join her for a yoga class at Eastside Fitness.
I totally enjoy Wendy’s yoga classes. I appreciate her humour, lightheartedness and positive energy. Her classes are always a great pick-me-up to help feel more mobile and focused.
