Winnie believes physical fitness and overall health go hand in hand with mobility, core stability, and movement quality! Her passion is to help clients move better through corrective exercises to prevent injuries, and train more effectively so that they can be healthier and stronger in their everyday lives. If you are an individual who wants to get back to a fitness routine or to improve your movement quality, flexibility and strength, Winnie can design a program to suit your needs either in one of her group fitness classes or in a personal training session.
Winnie has the ability to identify the needs of my body and then to lead me through a set of functional strength and mobility exercises, while ensuring proper form. I appreciate the ease at which she is able to modify a session based on where I’m at on that particular day. When I reported some recurrent low back soreness, Winnie referred me to a physiotherapist, and together with my PT sessions, my back is much better! Working out with her is fun and motivates me to stay active between sessions.
